Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Wazir AI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for credits and subscription plans purchased through heywazir.com.

2. Credit Purchases

Credits that have been partially or fully consumed are non-refundable. If you purchase credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Refund requests after 7 days from purchase are not eligible, unless there was a billing error on our part.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing cycle.

4. Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue (e.g., credits were deducted but no output was generated, or the Service was completely unavailable), we will review each case individually and issue a credit refund or restore consumed credits where appropriate. Please contact support with details of the issue.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, we will immediately refund all duplicate charges upon verification. Please contact us with your transaction reference number.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@heywazir.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of purchase

We will respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been used (partially or fully)
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI-generated prompts (subjective output)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago (unless billing error)

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first — we resolve most issues quickly and fairly.
