By accessing or using Wazir AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Wazir AI is operated by Wazir Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").
Wazir AI is an AI-powered prompt engineering platform that generates optimized prompts for AI video and image generation models including Kling, Sora, Veo, Runway, and others. The Service uses Wazir models to process your requests.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you generate a prompt. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be subject to expiry as described in your plan terms. Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Wazir AI enforces content moderation filters on all AI generation. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. The Wazir AI platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated prompts will produce specific results on third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is granted under our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
